Information Pack and Schedule of Rates
Location: Emmanuel College, 2 - 40 Foxwood Drive, Point Cook
The Emmanuel College Auditorium is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern audio, video, and lighting solutions, with the capacity to host up to 360 guests. This facility is available for hire by our community.
Quiroga Hall is also available for hire alongside the Auditorium. Quiroga Hall consists of a big open space that can be utilised for intermissions, serving snacks or a quiet space for children. It also includes:
- Bleachers and two basketball courts
- 3x 140” Aurora Indoor LED displays
- Audio system: consists of 3x FBT Shadow 112CT 12” Speakers on each row (3 rows)
Note: Catering of full meals is prohibited during events. Snacks, bottled drinks, and pre-packaged food are allowed. Safe handling of food is under the responsibility of the guests, as well as cleaning and packing up after the event.

Staff Note: An AV Technician is required to be present for once-off events due to security/access policies. If an additional technician is required due to the scale of the event, additional charges will apply:
