Congratulations to 2019 College Captain Augustine Kadende, who was named Hobsons Bay Young Citizen of the Year for 2020.

Augustine has introduced a number of initiatives addressing mental health, redefined what it means to be a young man in our community, and challenged negative stereotypes of masculinity. He also recently took part in the Hobsons Bay Turning the Page anthology, which highlights the impact libraries have in our community.
