In Loving Memory of Mr Chelvan Kannusamy

It is with deep sadness that Emmanuel College acknowledges the recent passing of Mr Chelvan Kannusamy, a much-loved teacher and cherished member of our College community.

Mr Kannusamy was renowned for his compassionate heart, his dedication to students, and his generosity of spirit. His infectious sense of humour, warm presence, and unwavering commitment to education touched the lives of many students and colleagues. He brought not only knowledge to the classroom but joy, kindness, and a sense of belonging.

His legacy lives on in the values he instilled, the relationships he nurtured, and the community he helped build.

At this profoundly difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with Chelvan's family, friends, students and colleagues. We grieve with them, and we honour his memory with love, gratitude, and lasting respect.

Vale Chelvan - your light shone brightly, and your absence is deeply felt. You will be forever missed.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
